Hardin Valley Academy High School
Science Hill quarterback Jaylan Adams finished with 17 carries for 100 yards and a TD and passed for 182 yards and two touchdowns. He also intercepted the final pass of the night to help seal the Science Hill victory over Hardin Valley.
Dobyns-Bennett running back Ian Hicks helped the Indians end Farragut’s 19-game winning streak as he rushed for 284 yards on 29 carries and four touchdowns.
Cherokee High School
David Crockett Sophomore QB Cade Larkins finished 25-of-43 passing for 347 yards and four touchdowns and added two rushing touchdowns in a win at Cherokee.
Volunteer High School
Daniel Boone quarterback Noah Shelton helped the Blazers grab a 42-7 win over Volunteer with finished 75 rushing yards on six carries and a touchdown. While adding two more touchdowns through the air on 8-of-16 passing for 207 yards.
Cloudland running back Jordan Coffey had 31 rushes for 178 yards, and made a game-saving interception to help the Highlanders defeat Hampton for the first time in 13 years.
Greeneville junior QB Cade Ballard went 15 of 19 passing for 272 yards and five touchdowns in a 56-7 win over Sullivan South.
Unaka’s John Boy Ramsey finished the day with 15 of 22 passing for 259 yards and two touchdowns.
Hampton’s Jason Russell accumulated over 200 yards of offense and added a rushing touchdown in the Bulldogs loss to Cloudland.
